Tomorrowland Unveils Culinary Line-Up Bringing Together Thailand’s Top Chefs and Belgian Festival Classics

BANGKOK, THAILAND, 8 October 2026 – Tomorrowland Thailand has unveiled the first names in its culinary programme, bringing together leading Thai chefs, restaurants and contemporary food concepts on a journey of discovery beyond the music. From a dedicated dining experience by Chef Tam of Baan Tepa to Thai-inspired cocktails, Belgian fries and the iconic Tomorrowland Waffle, the People of Tomorrow can explore a world of flavours, whether sharing a quick bite between performances or sitting down to a specially curated menu.

Two dedicated restaurant experiences lead the programme: Papillon Restaurant by Baan Tepa and B-EAT with Gaggan Anand. Alongside them, celebrated Thai chefs and restaurants will bring their own culinary styles to food stands across the festival grounds. The line-up includes:

  • Chef Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam: Papillon Restaurant by Baan Tepa
  • Gaggan Anand: B-EAT
  • Chef Pichaya "Pam" Soontornyanakij: Khao San Sek and Smoked
  • Chef Sittikorn “Au” Chantop: AKKEE
  • Chef Thitid "Ton" Tassanakajohn: Le Du Kaan
  • Chef Weerawat "Num" Triyasenawat: Sra Bua
  • Teeradon “James” Supapunpinyo: Talayjai
  • Nara Thai Cuisine
  • Blue Elephant
  • Roger Van Damme: Tomorrowland Waffle

Set by the lake, Papillon Restaurant by Baan Tepa will offer an intimate moment away from the pace of the festival. With limited seating and a menu created especially for Tomorrowland Thailand, guests can sit down, slow down and enjoy a dedicated dining experience. Priced at THB 3,800 per person, the package includes a welcome drink and water, bites, a first course, a second course, a main course with a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian, and dessert. Additional drinks can be purchased on site.

“Food has a way of bringing people together, and that is what makes this collaboration with Tomorrowland so exciting. With Papillon, we want to bring the spirit of Baan Tepa into a new setting, sharing our approach to Thai ingredients and flavours with people from around the world. We hope guests will take a moment to slow down, enjoy the food and discover something unexpected about Thai cuisine, before heading back out to experience the festival,” said Chef Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam.

B-EAT will bring a different energy to the table, combining curated tastings, crafted cocktails and music in an experience where the atmosphere evolves throughout the evening. Priced at THB 2,900 per person, the package includes water, four curated tastings, one shooter and two crafted cocktails. Guests can purchase additional drinks on site.

“Whatever you wear, whoever you are, you are here to dance, and we will make you dance with food,” said Gaggan Anand.

The journey through Thai flavours will also continue through the glass. Following her participation at Tomorrowland Belgium, Suchada “Fahbeer” Sopajaree returns on home soil with a dedicated cocktail experience. The founder of Bangkok’s Lost in Thaislation also features in We Are Tomorrow, the documentary created by Tomorrowland and Amazon Music, which explores her passion for translating Thai food culture into drinks. At the festival, she will bring that approach to life through cocktails inspired by familiar dishes, inviting guests to discover local flavours in a new form.

Tomorrowland’s Belgian roots will also appear on the menu. Created together with Belgian Michelin-star pastry chef Roger van Damme, the signature Tomorrowland Waffle will bring its recognisable butterfly shape to Thailand, ready to enjoy on the move or with friends between sets. Belgian fries will sit alongside Thai and Asian-inspired street food, burgers, kebabs, hotdogs and other festival favourites, with vegetarian and plant-based options also available.

Reservations are required for both B-EAT and Papillon Restaurant by Baan Tepa. Dining vouchers will go on sale on 15 October 2026 at 15:00 Thailand time (GMT+7) through the official Tomorrowland channels. Other participating caterers will operate food stands across the festival site.

Tomorrowland Thailand will take place from 11–13 December 2026 at Wisdom Valley, Pattaya, bringing the festival’s first full-scale Asian edition to life under the theme “Consciencia”.
